Identity Report Risk Indices

A component of the LexisNexis^® Identity Report is a set of three unique risk indices that provide additional insight into the risk level associated with the identity.

Each risk index ranges from one through nine with one indicating the lowest risk and nine indicating the highest risk.

The Identity Fraud Risk Indices consist of the following risk levels:

Identity Risk Level: This index indicates the fraud risk level associated with the identity.
Source Risk Level: This index indicates the fraud risk level based on how broadly the identity is reported.
Velocity Risk Level: This index indicates the fraud risk level based on LexisNexis^® Risk Solutions investigation, fraud, compliance, locate product searches, and the industry associated with these searches.
