Bankruptcies Search

The Bankruptcies search returns information that includes personal and business bankruptcy filings. Bankruptcy filings can include chapter filed, disposition, attorney information, trustee information, whether assets are available, creditors meeting date and location, complaints and claims deadline information, and more.

This information can help you maximize recovery and maintain compliance.

As of December 1, 2003, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy 1005 and 1007, require the redaction of the first five digits of the petitioner's SSN (Social Security number). The federal courts can initiate these changes any time after September 19, 2003.

Search Guidelines
