Bankruptcies, Judgments & Liens Search

The Bankruptcies, Judgments & Liens search returns personal and business bankruptcy filings, and judgments and liens filed with county courts. This information can help you connect people, business, and assets.

As of December 1, 2003, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy 1005 and 1007, require the redaction of the first five digits of the petitioner's SSN (Social Security number). The federal courts can initiate these changes any time after September 19, 2003.
