Procedure:
  1. Under Phone Content, select one of the following search types:
    Basic
This option uses LexisNexis Risk Solutions in-house content to provide the best subjects for an input phone number, or identifies and ranks the best phones for an input subject. The results include additional ported flag meta data for the primary phone number. A ported flag indicates that the subject has changed phone service providers and has kept the same phone number.
    Premium
This option uses LexisNexis Risk Solutions in-house content (included in the Basic content), and provides more detail. The search uses a real-time phones gateway to retrieve additional subjects, find more phone numbers, and get detailed information about the phone number. This option also provides additional meta data for the primary phone number, such as its status, caller ID, ported history, and prepaid information. The Premium content option let you display a Phone Risk Indicator that is associated with the primary phone number based on 23 configurable business rules. The rules use the phone number's meta data and phone number activity.
    Ultimate
This option uses the sources that are included in the Premium content, and leverages two additional third-party phone content providers. One of the content providers is an additional consumer bureau phone provider. The results provide the most detailed connections between identities and phones. This option also provides the spoofing history meta data value based on the primary phone number. Spoofing is the practice of disguising the origin of a phone number. The spoofing history is one of the configurable business rules that you can elect to determine the outcome of the Phone Risk Indicator feature.
Note Depending on your administrative settings, you may not have access to all of these options.
