FCRA Comprehensive Person Report

The FCRA Comprehensive Person Report presents contact information, along with assets, property, licensing, and other skip tracing data. You access the report through the Comprehensive Person Report.

The report presents data in a clear and concise dashboard summary with intuitive sections and subsections. Reports are created from more than 34 billion public and proprietary records that are analyzed, filtered, and linked through LexisNexis^® Risk Solutions proprietary algorithms.

To view the Comprehensive Person Report, you click Non-FCRA in the left navigation.

The FCRA Comprehensive Person Report is available only if the active account is credentialed for FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) access, the account administrator has allowed access to FCRA reports, and a valid FCRA purpose is selected.

Report and Results Elements and Icons

Reports and results contain elements that provide information to help you complete additional research actions.

Reports and results may contain risk indicator flags. Risk indicator flags indicate a potential risk that may need further investigation. For information about risk indicator flags and other informational icons, see Informational and Risk Indicator Icons.

Depending on your product subscription and administrative settings, you may not have access to the report or some of the information in the report.

Report Section Descriptions

The following table contains descriptions for each section of the report.

Header Information	This section provides general information about the report. Generated On This line displays the date and the time when the report was generated. Search Terms This line displays the search terms that you entered into the search form. Report Created For This line displays who the report was created for.
Possible Properties Owned	This section provides information about the properties that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Property address County Sale Date Sale Price Status To filter the content, you select Show Current or Show Prior.
Bankruptcy	This section provides information about bankruptcies that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Type Status Filing date Case number Jurisdiction Disposition Disposition date
Judgments and Liens	This section provides information about judgments and liens that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Type Amount File date File number Jurisdiction Debtor name, address, and LexID^® number Creditor name Landlord/tenant dispute record flag Agency name, state, and county
Possible Criminal Records	This section provides information about possible criminal records that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Name Type of offense Offense description Date of the offense State in which the offense occurred
Sexual Offenses	This section provides information about sexual offenses that are associated with the subject including the following information: Name Date last seen Offender status Conviction date State of offense
Hunting & Fishing Permits	This section provides information about hunting and fishing permits that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Status Issued and expired dates Location
Concealed Weapon Permits	This section provides information about concealed weapon permits that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Type Status Issued and expired dates Location
Watercraft	This section provides information about watercraft that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Description Country and state Acquired date Status To filter the content, you select Show Current or Show Prior.
FAA Aircraft	This section provides information about FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) aircraft that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Description Country and state Dates first and last seen Status To filter the content, you select Show Current or Show Prior.
FAA Certifications	This section provides information about FAA certifications that are associated with the subject, including the following information: Status Issued and expired dates Location To filter the content, you select Show Current, Show Prior, or Show Unknown.
