Report and Results Element Descriptions
Reports and results may contain various elements and actions.
| Element | Description |

| Left pane | Provides quick access to headings Click |
| Collapsed headings in the left pane | Headings that are in a collapsed state Click a heading to expand its subheadings. |
| Right pane | Provides results or report details Content corresponds to the headings in the left pane. |
| Collapsed sections in the right pane | Sections may be collapsed by default Click |
| Numbers beside headings for sections in the right pane | Indicate how many records exist in the section Sections that have no content show a zero count (0) and are not linked. |
| Search Within | Lets you search within the results or report |
| Risk flags | Indicate areas for further research For information about risk indicators, see Informational and Risk Indicator Icons. |
| Action icons | Appear above sections or beside data Examples: View Map, Show or Hide Notes, and Open in New Window Click the icon to access additional information. For information about these icons, see Report and Result Action Icons. |
| Show Prior check box | Determines whether past addresses, businesses, or other associated
data are displayed For example, if Show Prior is selected in the Summary section, all addresses in addition to the current address are visible. This field is selected by default. |
| Show All Details | Expands a collapsed section in the right pane |
| Edit Search | Returns you to the search form to edit the content that you entered Previously-completed fields remain completed. |
| New Search | Returns you to the blank search form Previously-completed fields are cleared. |
| Additional Reports | Accessible through sections within the results or reports Click the report option to run the report. |
