report displays how entities may be related to one another. The report is comprised from
public records and proprietary records that are analyzed, filtered, and linked through
proprietary algorithms.
Report and Results Elements and Icons
Reports and results contain elements that provide information
to help you complete additional research actions.

Reports and results may contain risk indicator flags. Risk
indicator flags indicate a potential risk that may need further investigation. For

This section provides general
information about the report.
- Generated On
- This line displays the date and the time when the report was
generated.
- Search Terms
- This line displays the search terms that you entered into the search
form.
- Report Created For
- This line displays who the report was created for.

Entity |
This section contains detailed information about the main entity that was identified. |
Relationship Strength |
This table contains a summary of the relationships that were found between the primary searched entity and all other submitted entities. Possible values:
- Low: No evidence was found to suggest a relationship exists between these two entities
- Transaction: Evidence exists that a transaction may have taken place between these two entities
- Medium: Some evidence has been found which suggests there may be a relationship between these two entities
- High: Strong evidence found that indicates that there is a high likelihood that a relationship exists between these two
entities

Relationships |
This section contains a full view of the other submitted entities and the relationships between them and the primary searched entity.
- Full Name
- The full name and additional details about the submitted entity
- Relationship
- The type of relationships that were found, the dates that the relationship existed in the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions data,
and how many sources indicated a connection between the entities
- Relationship Strength
- The strength of the relationship (see the Relationship Strength table)
- Actions
- Links that let you complete additional searches for the subject

- The SmartLinx Person Report provides a comprehensive picture of a subject. See SmartLinx Person Report.
- LexisNexis® Identity Report
- The Identity Report provides the risks that are associated with the PII (personally identifiable information)
of the subject. This information helps identify characteristics that are indicative of fraud and material misrepresentation that are not obvious in the
verification and validation process.
- Real Property Report
- The Real Property Report provides deeds, mortgages, and tax assessor's records.
