Sign in
You can use the credentials that your administrator provides you with to sign into the application.

Single Sign On
If SSO (single sign-on) functionality is configured by your organization, then you use an intranet link that your organization provides to access the application. You do not need to provide a user ID or password.
Multi-Factor Authentication

View Product Announcements
There are two ways that you can view product announcements: when you first sign in to the application, or during a session after you have signed in.

The notification banner informs users about product outages, technical difficulties, and other important announcements. The notification banner is the only way to view in-app announcements, and the announcements are only available when customer support releases them to the application.

DMF Permissible Uses
You can select the DMF (Death Master File) permissible use for a session unless your administrator has pre-selected the permissible use for user sessions.

The LexisNexis Automated Risk Assessment search returns a report that includes a dashboard section, a LexisNexis InstantID section, a LexisNexis FraudPoint section, a LexisNexis Due Diligence Attributes section, and a LexisNexis Phone Finder Ultimate section.
Beneficial Ownership
The Beneficial Ownership report provides the beneficial ownership details and data points that are associated with the business based on the search values that were entered.
Business Assurance Report
LexisNexis Business Assurance delivers centralized, on-demand access to nationwide court filings, business records, and administrative documents that increase visibility for enhanced due diligence, mitigated risk, and stronger relationships. The options that you enter and the report types that you select in the search form determine the state and type of information that is manually gathered for the report.

The Death Records Report displays information about the deceased and the death.
Due Diligence Business Report
The LexisNexis Due Diligence Business Report provides a customer profile visualization and the source data of the LexisNexis Due Diligence Attributes along with additional financial crime risk data. The report has unique features and custom analytics, making it fast and easy to locate critical information during your due diligence investigations.
Due Diligence Person Report
The LexisNexis Due Diligence Person Report provides a customer profile visualization and the source data of the LexisNexis Due Diligence Attributes along with additional financial crime risk data. The report has unique features and custom analytics, making it fast and easy to locate critical information during your due diligence investigations.
Emailage Report
The LexisNexis Emailage report provides the risk details and data points that are associated with the email address based on the search values that were entered.

Instant Verify International Report
The LexisNexis Instant Verify International report displays either a pass value and source descriptions that were used to verify elements of the individual, or a fail value.
Phone Finder Report
The LexisNexis Phone Finder report provides details about subjects that are associated with a phone number and phone numbers that are associated with subjects.

Administration
Administrators can use the Administration module to provide users with access to the application. Administrators can add, edit, and delete users and groups. Administrators can also generate reports to monitor use of the application.
Access
Only users with the admin-level access can access the Administration module.
Users
Administrators can create user accounts to control who can access the application.
Manage
Administrators can assign users to groups to apply the same set of access permissions to all members. Users must belong to at least one group to have access to the application.
myTasks
myTasks is a collection of searches that accomplishes a particular task.
Reports
Administrators can run reports to monitor user activity.
