Download Search Results

You can download search results in the following formats: Adobe PDF (.pdf), CSV (comma-separated values) (.csv), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), HTML (.html), Microsoft Word (.docx), and text (.txt).

Procedure
  1. Click (Download Document).
  2. Click the format for the download.
  3. Click one of the following options:
    • Select All Pages to download all of the pages.
    • Select Current Page to download only the page that is visible.
    • Select Document(s) to download only the pages you specify. If you select this option, enter the numbers of the pages you want to download separated by commas (for example, 1,3,6). To download a range of pages, enter the first and last page separated by a hyphen (for example, 1-6).
  4. Click Include Cover Page to include a cover page that contains the following items:
    • The LexisNexis® Risk Solutions logo
    • The application name
    • The date and time of the download
    • Your user name
    • The reference ID assigned to the search
    • The name of the search
    • The search terms
    • Notes you enter in the Add a Brief Note field
  5. Enter an optional brief note to appear on the cover page.
    The note can include up to 1,000 alpha or non-alphanumeric characters.
  6. Enter an optional name to the download file.
    You do not have to include the file extension.
  7. Click Download.
    The pages download in the format that you select.
