View System Notifications

The notification banner informs users about product outages, technical difficulties, and other important announcements. The notification banner is the only way to view in-app announcements, and the announcements are only available when customer support releases them to the application.

Before you begin

A notification is displayed at the top of the home page or product search form (for example, We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. For more information, see the List of Technical Issues.).

1. To access the full announcement, click List of Technical Issues.
   A new browser tab opens, and all live announcements are displayed.
2. To dismiss the announcements, close the browser tab.
