Sign in

You can use the credentials that your administrator provides you with to sign into the application.

Before you begin

If this is your first time accessing the application, see First Time Access.

1. Go to the URL that was provided by your administrator.
2. Enter your user ID and password that was provided by your administrator.
   Depending on your application configuration, your password may be case sensitive.
3. Click Sign In.
   If your credentials are incorrect, or the sign-in page has been idle for too long, a message appears. Click OK, and re-enter your credentials. The second attempt and subsequent attempts to sign in include a CAPTCHA number field.

   If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Your Password. For any other issues, click Sign In Help.

4. Click Continue.
5. If your administrator has assigned you to more than one group, select the group that you want to use for this session.
6. Select your default permissible use for searches.
7. Click Confirm.
   • The home page or the search form that you set as your start page opens.
   • Your last sign-in date and time is displayed in the top right corner of the page. Click the date and time to open a Login History modal window.

   If you sign in from an IP address that is not recognized by the application, you are taken through the multi-factor authentication process in which you are required to provide a code to authenticate your access.
