Person Summary |
Contains an overview of the subject that includes the following information:
- Person Summary
- This subsection provides the best contact information that
includes the subject's name, address, phone numbers, LexID®
number, SSN (Social Security number), DOB (date of birth), DOD (date of death), and email
addresses.
Phone icons appear in this section. For
information about report icons, see Report and Result Action Icons.
- At a Glance
- This subsection provides key aspects of the report that include
real property holdings, current personal properties, professional
license occurrences, connections to businesses, the presence of
criminal or arrest records, bankruptcies, judgments or liens, and
notices of default and foreclosed real properties.
- Name Variations, SSN Summary and
DOBs
- This subsection provides the subject's name variations,
SSN, and DOB information. It also includes information about
people who may share a SSN with the
subject.

- Phones
- This subsection provides up to five phone numbers and coordinating
duration, line type, listing name, and carrier information. The
Actions column contains links to other phone products for more
details.
- Physical Description
- This subsection provides a summary of the physical characteristics
of the subject that includes the hair color, eye color, height,
weight, and identifying scars or marks.

Address Summary |
Contains a summary of the subject's addresses These addresses may be
locations where the subject has resided, or they may be locations of
properties that the subject has owned. Addresses that are attributed
to the person appear in reverse chronological date based on when the
subject was associated with the address. The following address details are
displayed:
- Full and most complete form of the address, which includes a
description of the type of dwelling
A subject may have more than one
current address. This may be because the subjects owns multiple
residential properties, seasonal addresses, is transitioning
between addresses, or there are data errors.
- Current or prior designation, which indicates whether the subject
currently resides at the address
- Date range when the address was attributed to the
subject
- Links to Property History and Location
reports
- Previous addresses that may be associated with the subject
This
information is shown or hidden when you toggle the Show
Prior switch.
- Possible household members
This information is shown or hidden when
you toggle the Show All Details
switch.
- A Neighborhood profile that includes the average age, median household
income, median home value, and average years of education of the
residents

Licenses/Voter |
Contains driver license, voter registration, and other license information
that is issued by a government agency The following license or permit
information may be included:
- Professional licenses
- Healthcare licenses and sanctions
- Pilots' licenses
- Sport licenses such as hunting and fishing
- Weapon permits
- Driver Licenses
- This subsection provides current and past driver license
information that includes the address that appears on the license,
whether the license information is current or historical,
expiration details, and the location where the license was
issued.
- Other Licenses
- This subsection provides information about other licenses that are
associated with the subject. The left pane lists the categories
that include voter registrations, professional licenses, and other
licenses. Details include the type of license, whether the license
is active, the dates when the license was issued or expired, and
the location where the license was issued.

Real Property |
Contains information pertaining to real estate assets that are associated
with the subject Properties are displayed with the most recent property that
is associated with the subject to the oldest property. Properties that the
data indicate are still owned by the subject are displayed first, with a
current status. Properties that the subject no longer owns are
listed below current properties. To hide past properties, clear the
Show Prior check box. |
Personal Property |
Contains information about motor vehicles, watercraft, and aircraft that
are associated with the subject To filter the content, use the
Show Prior, MVR,
Watercraft, and Aircraft
options above the table. |
Possible Education |
Contains information pertaining to enrollment records that are attributed
to the subject, typically college-level institutions The address in the
details is the address that is on record for the subject while the subject
was enrolled at the institution. |
Possible Criminal/Arrest |
Contains possible criminal, arrest, sexual offender, and DOC (Department of Corrections) records that are attributed to the person |
Bankruptcy |
Contains bankruptcy records that are attributed to the subject |
Judgment/Liens |
Contains judgment and lien records that are attributed to the
subject |
UCC Filings |
Contains UCC (uniform commercial code) records that are attributed to
the subject |
Associates |
Contains information and references to other legal entities This area of
the report is divided into the following subsections:
- Possible Relatives
- This subsection provides the names of people who are associated
with the subject who may be relatives. LexisNexis Risk Solutions
categorizes possible relatives into three separate levels or
degrees. Only first-degree relatives are displayed.
- If a relationship branch is present, then the relative is preceded
by a plus symbol, which indicates that you can expand the row to
reveal second-degree relatives. Third-degree relatives are
accessed in the same manner.
- Click Show All Details to expand all
branches. The following guidelines are used to define the
degrees:
- First-degree relatives are people in LexisNexis Risk Solutions data who are most-closely related to the subject, such
as a spouse, sibling, child, or parent.
- Second-degree relatives tend to be relatives who are
closely related to the first-degree relatives. These
relatives include aunts, cousins, and in-laws.
- Third-degree relatives are close relatives of the
subject's second-degree relatives.
- Person Associates
- This subsection contains information about people who are
associated with the subject who are not possible relatives. These
people can be possible roommates, a possible relative who could
not be identified as a relative, or a person who co-appears in a
record with the subject as a buyer or seller of a property.
- Neighbors
- This subsection contains people who live near one or more of the
subject's addresses. Only people, not neighboring businesses,
appear in this section. To obtain information about a specific
location, use a SmartLinx

- Business Connections
- This subsection contains businesses that are associated with the
subject and which the subject had an operational or managerial
title with. If the subject is identified as being a president,
owner, and member (LLCs), the businesses are represented
separately and distinctly from the Possible Employers section.
Businesses in this section often appear in the Possible Employers
section as well.
- Possible Employers
- This subsection contains all of businesses with which the subject
has been attributed as some sort of contact, regardless of their
role or title.
- Business Associates
- This subsection contains all other businesses that the subject is
associated with (for example, a business that bought or sold a
property from the subject, or a mortgage or lease provider).
Co-appearance in a source record qualifies as association.
