WorldCompliance Online Search Report

The WorldCompliance™ Online Search report provides information about the profile that you select from the results if multiple results are returned.

Reports and results contain elements that provide information to help you complete additional research actions.

Report Section Descriptions

The following table contains descriptions for each section of the report.

Section Description
Header Information This section provides general information about the report.
Generated On
This line displays the date and the time when the report was generated.
Search Terms
This line displays the search terms that you entered into the search form.
Report Created For
This line displays who the report was created for.
Entity Profile This section provides the following information about the subject:
  • Photo
  • Names (primary, first, last, nicknames, and suffix)
  • Gender
  • Case
  • Entry type
  • IMO (International Maritime Organization) number
    note.pngThis field is returned only for vessel searches.
  • Category
  • Sub category
  • Level
  • Position
  • Date last updated
  • Description
  • Designation
  • DOB (date of birth)
  • Place of birth
  • Primary country
  • IDs (national, other, passport, entity, and jurisdiction)
  • Data source

Alias Of appears at the top of the section when the profile is associated with a parent profile. You click the link to view the parent profile.

note.pngIf further information is required for an existing profile, then you click Investigate to send a request to the research department for further review.
Aliases This section provides information about aliases that are associated with the subject.
Additional Information This section provides additional information surrounding the entity's inclusion into the database, such as enforcement information, adverse media, and PEP (politically exposed person) information.
Reported Addresses This section provides addresses that are reported for the subject.

You click (View Map) to view a map of an address.
Individual Sources This section contains the source and the entity details for profiles that are created from a sanctions source. These details include the name, the DOB, the national ID number, the passport number, the place of birth, and the country.

This section is typically blank for profiles that are created for other categories.
Relationships This section provides information about family members, associated individuals, and related organizations.

You click to view a relationships network graph (see Relationship Network Graph).
Source Links This section provides external links to websites from which the profile data was extracted.
Documents This section contains documents that are related to the subject, such as court documents.
