Direct-to-Source Results
The Direct-to-Source Results page displays the status of all of the reports that you request, and the contact information that was submitted for the order.
Report Section Descriptions
The following table contains descriptions for each section of the report.| Section | Description |

| Subject (Person/Company) | This column displays the person or company that is the focus of the search. |
| Status | This column displays the current step of the report. Click
View Results to see the status, time
stamp, message, and any attachments OCCCR (offline civil & criminal court records) or LexisNexis® Business Assurance
Report and copies, if ordered and available). The following icons may be displayed: 
LexisNexis® Risk Solutions submitted the order, and it is in the queue to be processed. 
The order is being processed. 
The report is ready. 
There is an issue with the report. Contact Customer Service at 1.800.543.6862. 
LexisNexis Risk Solutions found and deleted a duplicate order. |
| Request Type | This column displays the type of report that you request. |
| Order Number | This column displays the unique order number that is associated with the search. |
| Date Submitted | This column displays the date that you submitted the report. Processing does not always begin on the submitted date. Orders received after 15:00 Eastern Time (UTC (coordinated universal time) -4/-5) are submitted the next business day. All Federal holidays are observed. |
| Date Completed | This column displays the date that the report was completed. If the report is outstanding, no date is displayed. |
| Results | This column displays the status, time stamp, message, and any attachments (OCCCR or Business Assurance Report and copies, if ordered and available). |
