Verification of Occupancy Results
The LexisNexis Verification of Occupancy report presents results as a two-digit score that ranges from 10 (lowest amount of occupancy evidence) to 90 (highest amount of occupancy evidence). Verification of Occupancy summarizes the weight of evidence that an individual occupied a target property at a given point in time.

Verification of Occupancy Results

The LexisNexis^® Verification of Occupancy report presents results as a two-digit score that ranges from 10 (lowest amount of occupancy evidence) to 90 (highest amount of occupancy evidence). Verification of Occupancy summarizes the weight of evidence that an individual occupied a target property at a given point in time.

A score of 0 is returned if there is insufficient data available on file to generate a score for the consumer or if the consumer is identified on file as deceased or incarcerated.
