The LexisNexis Verification of Occupancy report presents results as a two-digit score that ranges from 10 (lowest amount of occupancy evidence) to 90 (highest amount of occupancy evidence). LexisNexis Verification of Occupancy summarizes the weight of evidence that an individual occupied a target property at a given point in time.

LexisNexis Verification of Occupancy Results

The LexisNexis^® Verification of Occupancy report presents results as a two-digit score that ranges from 10 (lowest amount of occupancy evidence) to 90 (highest amount of occupancy evidence). LexisNexis Verification of Occupancy summarizes the weight of evidence that an individual occupied a target property at a given point in time.

A score of 0 is returned if there is insufficient data available on file to generate a score for the consumer or if the consumer is identified on file as deceased or incarcerated.
