In addition to the county-reported data, LexisNexis® Risk Solutions uses sophisticated analytics to include alerts, warning messages, and visual timelines. These analytics allow you to quickly distinguish suspicious property transactions and suspicious buyer or seller activity, such as short-term, high-profit sales, and sales between possible associates. Property History Plus helps identify transaction patterns and buyer and seller relationships. This provides users with a flexible and effective post-funding, fraud-mitigation tool.

The Property History Plus report provides the following benefits:

  • Provides reliable information that eliminates the need for multiple sources of information.
  • Reduces time that you spend searching for a range of information.
  • Identifies suspicious activity that may have gone unrecognized such as transactions that may have a history of fraudulent flipping or flopping, or indications of related parties or suspicious trends that may need remediation.
  • Provides convenient summaries and charts that save time finding cases of fraud.
