Edit a myTask
You can edit a myTask from the Manage myTask page.
You cannot edit the billgroup or group of an existing myTask. |
Procedure
- From the Administration module, point to myTasks, and select Manage myTasks.
- Click next to a myTask, and select Edit.
- Edit the myTask name.
- Edit the description for the myTask.

Edit the searches that will be part of the myTask.
If you remove searches from the myTask and save the myTask, the searches and the corresponding instructions are permanently removed from the myTask. - Click Save & Continue.
- To reorder the selected searches, select a search and click or to change the order in which the search results are displayed.
- Toggle the switches to set the run mode to automatic or manual.
- Click Save & Continue.
- Edit the optional instructions for the search form, the results list, and the reports and documents.

Click Save.
Saved changes to a published myTask are immediately available to users.
