Column Name

Details

All

The All column lets you select sections of the document to print or download. Select All to print or download the items and sections that are included in the results.

Business Name

The Business Name column displays the full name of the business and the business address. Some companies conduct business under one name but have a different legal name, or have many locations. For this reason, you may see additional names and addresses.

The More Searches icon () is displayed if additional searches are available for a result. Click (More Searches) to view additional search possibilities.

The View Map icon () is displayed if the address can be viewed on a map. Click (View Map) to view the location.

As of August 31, 2017, the View Map feature is no longer supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8, or 9.

If the data indicates that a business has ceased to operate, then a Defunct flag is displayed. When LexisNexis^® Risk Solutions has no data indicating that the business is defunct, but has not received any updated records in 24 months or longer, the business is flagged as Inactive.

Company ID

The Company ID column displays the TIN (taxpayer identification number), the LexID^® number for the business, and the Legal Entity ID, where applicable.

Phone

The Phone column displays phone numbers that may be associated with the business. Risk icons and information icons indicate information about the phone number.

The More Searches icon () is displayed if additional searches are available for a result. Click (More Searches) to view additional search possibilities.

The Phone column may include the following additional searches:

Click Get Persons with Phone to generate a Find a Person search to search for people who are associated with the phone number.
Click Get Businesses with Phone to generate a Find a Business search to find businesses that are associated with the phone number.

Actions

The Actions column includes additional actions that are available for the results, including additional searches and reports that you may want to generate to further investigate. Click

(Open in New Window) to open the report in a new window.

The following actions may be available:

Click Small Business Credit Report to generate a detailed report on the associated business.
