Mergerstat Search
The Mergerstat search returns information from the Houlihan Lokey's Mergerstat Review. The Houlihan Lokey's Mergerstat Review, the leading source of M&A market research and analysis over the past 30 years, is an annual publication that tracks mergers and acquisitions activity involving U.S. companies.
Before you begin
- Depending on your product subscription, you may not have access to this search.

Procedure
- Enter the name of the company.

Enter the company's ticker symbol.
You can use this field instead of entering the company name. - Enter the last name.
- Enter the first name.
- Enter the country for the search (for example, Canada).
- Enter the SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) code for the business (for example, 62812).
- Enter an industry to focus the search (for example, Broadcasting).
- Enter a description of the company (for example, Radio Broadcasting Stations).

Enter the words or the phrases that must be included in the document.

Select a date range. Select Custom Dates to enter a date
range.
