The Bankruptcy file includes personal and business bankruptcy filings. Bankruptcy filings can include chapter filed, disposition, attorney information, trustee information, whether assets are available, creditors meeting date and location, complaints, and claims deadline information.
As of December 1, 2003, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy 1005 and 1007 require the redaction of the first five digits of the petitioner's SSN (Social Security number). The federal courts can initiate these changes any time after September 19, 2003. |
