Admin Report

Administrators can run admin reports to track Administration (also known as Admin) activity. This feature is useful to monitor compliance.

Procedure
  1. In the Administration module, point to Reports, and click Admin Report.
  2. Select the type of report that you want to run.
    note.pngTo generate these reports, the user must the Admin access level and the Run Reports entitlement.

    The following choices are available:

    • Entitlement Report (All Admins): This report provides a table of users with the Admin access level, along with the functions that they can complete. For example, an Admin may have the Reset Password, Manage Groups, or Run Reports entitlements.
    • Individual Admin Activity: This report lets an Admin view all of administration activity for a specific Admin user. For example, the report would detail how many password resets a specific Admin has completed in a specific timeframe.
    • All Admin Activity: This report lets an Admin view all of the Admin activity for a specific timeframe.
  3. Depending on the option you selected, the following actions may be available:
    • If you selected Entitlement Report (All Admins), click Run Report.
    • If you selected Individual Admin Activity, click (Run report). For information about using the filter tools to locate a user's record, see Administration.
    • If you selected All Admin Activity, select a time period, or enter a date range in the From and To fields using the MM/DD/YY format (You can also click the fields, and then click the dates in the calendars that appear), and click Run Report.

    The report is generated. To download or print the report, click the options in the upper-right corner of the page.
