Management Report

Administrators can run a management report to view information about groups and users across billgroups.

Procedure
  1. In the Administration module, point to Reports, and click Management Report.
  2. Select the type of report that you want to run.
    The following choices are available:
    • User/Group Features Report (All Billgroups): This report contains a detailed list of group features across all available billgroups.
    • User/Group Membership Report: This report provides a detailed report about users and groups within a specific billgroup or billgroups. If you select this option, click the billgroups to include in the report.
  3. Click Run Report.
    The report is generated. To download or print the report, click the options in the upper-right corner of the page.
