Login History Report
Administrators can generate a report to view user sign-in history.
Procedure
- In the Administration module, point to Reports, and click Login History.

To filter the users list, complete one of the following tasks:
- Enter the name.
- Enter the ID.
- Select the billgroup.
- Select the activation status.
- Use the MM/DD/YY format to set the range in the From and To fields. Alternately, you can click in each field, and then select the date in the calendar that appears.
- Click the first letter of the last name.
To clear the entered information, click Reset. -
Locate the user, and click (Run report for this user).
The report is generated. To download or print the report, click the options in the upper-right corner of the page.
