Login History Report

Administrators can generate a report to view user sign-in history.

Procedure
  1. In the Administration module, point to Reports, and click Login History.
  2. To filter the users list, complete one of the following tasks:
    • Enter the name.
    • Enter the ID.
    • Select the billgroup.
    • Select the activation status.
    • Use the MM/DD/YY format to set the range in the From and To fields. Alternately, you can click in each field, and then select the date in the calendar that appears.
    • Click the first letter of the last name.
    tip.pngTo clear the entered information, click Reset.
  3. Locate the user, and click (Run report for this user).
    The report is generated. To download or print the report, click the options in the upper-right corner of the page.
