Create Billgroup List
Administrators can create billgroup lists.
Procedure
- In the Administration module, click Reports, and click Activity Report.
- In the list, select all the billgroups to be included in the new billgroup list.
- Click Create Billgroup List.
- Enter a name for the billgroup list.

Select one or more billgroups in the Available Billgroup list, and click the right arrow to move them to the Assigned Billgroup list.
Use the following list tools to move billgroups:
- Use the left and right arrow buttons to move billgroups to lists.
- Enter all or part of the billgroup name in the search field above the appropriate list.
- Select Select All to select all the billgroups in a list.
- Click Save to save your selections and create the billgroup list.
