Edit User ID

Administrators can edit user IDs.

Procedure
  1. In the Administration module, search for the user's information.
  2. Click (Edit).
    note.pngThe View icon () indicates that you can only view the user's information because the record has been permanently deactivated. To reactivate the user's ID, contact LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.
  3. Modify the fields as needed.
    note.pngThe Notes field displays user activity information. You can also enter notes about your modifications in the same field.
  4. Click Save.
