Unlock User Account
A user's account is locked after five unsuccessful attempts to sign in. Only administrators can unlock the account.
Procedure

In the Administration module, search for the locked user's account.
A red lock appears in the Locked column of a user's record after a user's account is locked. -
Click (Edit).
The View icon () indicates that you can only view the user's account information because the record has been permanently deactivated. To reactivate the account, contact LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. -
Enter and confirm a new password for the account.
- Users are required to change this password after they sign in. If both passwords match, the red X changes to a green check mark. For information about password requirements, see Password Requirements.

Click Save.
The account is unlocked. A green lock appears in the Locked column of the user's record.
What to do next
Provide the user with the new temporary password.
