Investigate User Activity

Administrators can complete an investigation referral form and submit it to LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Security Investigations.

After you send the form, you receive an email notification. An individual from the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Security Investigations Team will contact you.
Procedure
  1. In the Administration module, search for the user account.
  2. Click (Investigate).
  3. If the user has access to more than one product, select the product in which the activity occurred.
  4. In the From and To fields, enter or select the date period in which the activity occurred.
  5. Enter a summary of the activity.
  6. Click Submit.
    A confirmation message appears and an email that summarizes your submitted details is sent to your email account. An individual from the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Security Investigations Team will contact you.
