Column Name Details
All The All column lets you select sections of the document to print or download. Select All to print or download the items and sections that are included in the results.

The Copy to clipboard icon () lets you copy the search results to the clipboard. The results appear in plain text in a separate window. Follow the instructions in the window to paste the text in a compatible application.
Match (%) This column indicates the percentage of how closely the search terms match the results.

You point to Match % to view whether the individual entity match result includes the DOB (date of birth) year. One of the following messages is displayed:

With DOB Year
This message indicates that the match includes an exact DOB year.
With No DOB Year
This message indicates that the match does not include a DOB year or an exact DOB match.
note.pngOrganization and vessels never include a DOB year. With No DOB Year is displayed for these matches.
Name This column displays the full name of the subject.

You click the name to view the report.
Country This column displays the country in which the subject resides.
Position This column displays the subject's position (for example, Wife of Jacques René Chirac, member of the Constitutional Council or Former Permanent Representative of the Lao to the United Nations (1983 - 1987)).
Category This column displays the subject category.

Possible values:

  • Adverse Media
  • Associated Entity
  • Enforcement
  • PEP (politically exposed person)
  • Registrations
  • SOE (state-owned entities)
  • Sanction List (subject to financial sanctions)
ID This column indicates whether an ID is available for the subject. indicates that an ID is available.
Photo This column indicates whether a photograph is available for the subject. indicates that a photograph is available.
Alias This column indicates whether an alias exists for the subject. indicates that an alias exists.
REL This column indicates whether a relationship exists for the subject. indicates that a relationship exists.
