Sort a History List
You can sort the history list of your searches.
Results in pages appear with the most recently-generated search results closest to the top of the column. You can sort any column that has arrows beside the title. A downward facing arrow () indicates that the list is sorted in descending order. An upward facing arrow () indicates that the list is sorted in ascending order. The icon changes to indicate the sorting type that is active.
Sorting affects all of the search results across all of the pages. Common activity types that generate reports are always grouped together.
You can sort the results that appear in the following columns:
- Tab (Today list only)
- Click this arrow to switch between the most recently-generated searches and the oldest search results.
- Time
- Click this arrow to switch between the most recently-generated searches and the oldest search results.
- Reference ID
- Click this arrow to switch the alphabetical sorting between A–Z or Z–A. Results are sorted first alphabetically, and then by the most recently-generated search.
