Print and Download from myCart

You can print and download the items that you send to myCart.

Before you begin

You must access the myCart page to print and download items from myCart.

The myCart page is not supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9, or 10.

1. In the All column, select one or more items that you want to print or download.
2. To print one or more items from myCart, complete the following steps:
   1. Click (Print Selected Items).
   2. If you selected more than one item, then select Include Cover Page to include a cover page, and enter up to 1,000 characters that you want to include on the cover page.
   3. If you selected more than one item, or if the item contains multiple documents (for example, news), select Print each document starting on a new page to print each item on a new page.
   4. Select Remove selected documents from myCart after print to remove the items that you selected from myCart after you print the items.
   5. Click Print.
3. To download one or more items from myCart, complete the following steps:
   1. Click (Download Selected Items).
   2. If you selected more than one item, then enter a file name.
   3. If you selected more than one item, then select one of the following formats:
      • PDF
      • HTML
      • ZIP

      The PDF and HTML formats merge all of the selected documents into a single file. The ZIP format maintains your original file format selections and downloads all of the documents as separate files.

   4. If you selected more than one item, and you selected PDF or HTML as the format, then select Include Cover Page to include a cover page, and enter up to 1,000 characters that you want to include on the cover page.
   5. Select Remove selected documents from myCart after download to remove the items that you selected from myCart after you download the items.
   6. Click Download.
