Business Evidence Indicators for SmartLinx Business Report

The SmartLinx® Business Report can return business evidence indicators.

The SmartLinx Business Insights risk indices display one of the following risk statuses: Low Risk (green), Moderate Risk (yellow), or Elevated Risk (red). The status is determined by the following rules:

  • If any high-risk indicators are present, then the status is Elevated Risk (red).
  • If no high-risk indicators are present, but five or more risk indicators are present, then the status is Elevated Risk (red).
  • If no high-risk indicators are present, but 2–4 risk indicators are present, then the status is Moderate Risk (yellow).
  • If no high-risk indicators are present, but 0–1 risk indicators are present, then the status is Low Risk (green).

No Secretary of State record Risk Indicators No SOS (Secretary of State) record is on file.
Address is reported as vacant Risk Indicators The best address that is associated with the business is reported as vacant. Click the indicator to navigate to the Summary section of the report.
No activity on business in last year Risk Indicators The last activity reported on the business occurred over 12 months ago. Click the indicator to navigate to the Summary section of the report.
No firmographic information for business Risk Indicators No firmographic data was reported with the business.
Business established less than one year ago Risk Indicators The business was established less than one year ago. Click the indicator to navigate to the Summary section of the report.
No phone on file Risk Indicators No phone number is on file. Click the indicator to navigate to the Summary section of the report.
No evidence of people connected to business Risk Indicators No LexID® person records linked as executive or employee of business are on file. Click the indicator to navigate to the Associates section of the report.
